Application: used as protective coating and decoration on the surface of general oil tank, storage tank, pipeline and other petrochemical equipment.

Performance introduction
Using high flash point eco-friendly solvent, exclusive resin for aluminum paint, the product features mild odor, quick drying, unique scaly aluminum powder for paint film white as snow. The film also has excellent light resistance, heat resistance, with some heat reflection to help suppress surface being heated up.
Application instruction
Theoretical consumption: 10㎡/㎏, (25 micron dry film, excluding loss)
Weight ratio: about 1.0
Drying time: 25℃ touch drying ≤1h, hard drying ≤18h
Coating method: spraying, brushing, rolling (bubbling may happen)
Surface treatment: if the previous coating has been contaminated, use proper methods to remove grease and dust. If coating on steel, steel surface must be shot blasted or sandblasted to Sa2.
Supporting paint: following alkyd varnish.
Attention:
(1) . Due to the use of metal aluminum powder, the paint may precipitate. Please thoroughly mix before application.
(2) . Add our special eco-friendly thinner before application. Adjust to appropriate viscosity, not too much thinner to prevent flow hanging.
(3) . After this paint is dry, there will be so-called "powder dropping". Because aluminum powder is arranged at paint film surface, hand touch will feel "powder dropping". It is normal phenomenon, not affecting paint performance. To prevent this phenomenon, please brush alkyd acid varnish on the surface.
(4) . In summer, the aluminum powder will react with the resin to produce hydrogen, forming the phenomenon of bulging can. If it happens, please pull out the top layer of composite cover, poke a vent with a sharp metal needle to release the hydrogen.

Performance introduction
Refined from high flash point eco-friendly solvent, high flash point alkyd resin for varnish and additives. Passing green China Environmental Labelling certification, mild odor, eco-friendly, high transparency, strong film, shiny, good water resistance and weather resistance. At the same time, flash point >60℃(closed) is a non-hazardous chemical which is more convenient for transportation and storage.

Attention:
(1) Please add our special eco-friendly thinner into the varnish till appropriate viscosity before application.
(2) If there is crust, use sieve to remove it and then use at normal procedure.
