General information

Composition: Group B is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin, sunproof filler, auxiliary agent and solvent. Group A is high weather resistance aliphatic curing agent.

Application: Widely used on bridges, machinery, ships, chemical industry, metallurgy, marine industry, municipal facilities, mining, reactor cauldron and other fields.

Color: White, black, medium grey, dark grey, bright red, medium yellow, brilliant green, medium blue

Gloss: medium

Performance introduction:Rich hard film, resistance to wearing, acid, alkali, salt, corrosion, chemical rich atmosphere, excellent gloss and color retention, the best heavy duty anti-corrosion coating.

Theoretical dosage : 5.8 ㎡/kg (50 micron dry film, excluding loss)

Drying Time: 25℃ surface≤8h,toto≤24h, Fully cured 7d

Mixing Ratio: A:B=1:5

Pot Life: 25℃  2h

Coating Method: Spray, Brush

Painting Interval: 25℃  min 24h, max 48h

Surface treatment: grit blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5. For temporary protection, inorganic zinc silicate primer acceptable.

Supporting Coating: Previous - epoxy zinc rich primer, or epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint


1. Paint should be stirred evenly before use. If there is crust, filter with 100-mesh strainer. Coating shall be carried on at ambient temperature between 0℃ and 35℃. Minding weather changes. Under rainy, foggy, snowy days and relative humidity ≥85%, direct summer sunlight the application is prohibited. The substrate must be dry, otherwise it will bubble.

2. Adjust the viscosity with our exempt solvents. Thinners from other companies or other brands are not allowed to use, otherwise we will not be held responsible for any problems Adjust the viscosity with specified supporting thinner, strictly prohibiting water, alcohol, gasoline, etc. Supporting coating recommended: epoxy ester primer, epoxy zinc primer (Two-component), epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint (Two-component). Not applicable on alkyd, phenolic and other poor nitro resistance primer, otherwise it may cause problems like bottom etching, wrinkle, bubble.

3. Two-component paint belongs to reactive paint. Before application, it must be fully stirred to evenness, accurately proportioned according to instruction, ready for use after standing and curing for 10min. If the temperature is low, the curing time can be appropriately extended. The prepared coating must be used up within 4 hours, to avoid waste due to cementation. Do not pour the unused though prepared paint back into the can.

4. After coating is taken out for use, the cover of the packaging can must be tightly sealed. Air leakage shall be avoided to prevent paint deterioration or failure. Avoid long-time inhalation of solvent vapor and fog. The workplace shall enhance ventilation.
