General Information：

Composition： Group B is composed of hydroxyl acrylic resin as the base material, adding weather-resistant pigment, a variety of additives, solvent grinding. Group A is high quality curing agent.

Application：Used as anticorrosive and decorative finishing coat on the surface of steel structure, cement, lathe and electrical appliances for common purpose.  External decoration on engineering metal surface, vehicle and advanced industrial products. Also used on wood products surface for decoration.

Color：White, black, medium gray, dark gray, red, medium yellow, bright green, medium blue.

Gloss：Bright

Theoretical Dosage: 8-9㎡/㎏, (40 micron dry film, excluding loss)

Specific Gravity：About 1.1-1.2

Drying time：25℃  Touch dry ≤0.5h, Hard dry ≤24h, Full cure 7d

Mixing ratio：A:B=1:4

Curing time: 25℃  10min

Potlife: 25℃  2h

Coating methods：High pressure airless spray, air spray, brush, roll

Thinner：Exempt Solvent

Surface treatment: Coating it within the specified time of the previous coating.

Matched coating: Previous coating: epoxy primer, epoxy iron intermediate paint.

Cautions:

1 Coating shall be carried on at ambient temperature between 0℃ and 35℃. Minding weather changes. Under rainy, foggy, snowy days and relative humidity ≥85%, direct summer sunlight the application is prohibited. The substrate must be dry, otherwise it will bubble.

2 Adjust the viscosity with our exempt solvents. Thinners from other companies or other brands are not allowed to use, otherwise we will not be held responsible for any problems.

3 Acrylic coating is a reactive coating, must be fully stirred before construction, according to the specified Specific Gravity of accurate, evenly mixed, static curing 10min. If the temperature is low, can appropriately prolong the curing time, the mixed coating must be used up within 2 hours.

4 After coating is taken out for use, the cover of the packaging can must be tightly sealed. Air leakage shall be avoided to prevent paint deterioration or failure. Avoid long-time inhalation of solvent vapor and fog. The workplace shall enhance ventilation.
