Coating methodhigh pressure airless spray, air spray, brush, roll

Thinner:Exempt Solvent

Surface treatment: Steel surface free of rust, oil and dust, keep dry as much as possible to maintain adhesion and prevent rust back.

Supporting coating: Intermediate paint - epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint; Finish paint - acrylic polyurethane coating, fluorocarbon coating.

Cautions:

1 Coating: options include spraying, brush coating and roller coating while spraying is better. Add solvent about 20-25% of the paint when spraying. The viscosity should be controlled by the working team. Single coating dry film thickness should be controlled within 40-50μm

2 The paint should be stirred evenly before use. Strictly follow the instruction on ratio, proper mixing, leaving 5-10 minutes before application. In order to avoid precipitation, keep stirring during all application process.

3 Attention: each batch after preparation shall be used up with 4 hours. Beyond this time frame, the viscosity gradually rises till becoming glue form. Therefore, the amount of each batch shall match the work task. The interval between two coatings should be at least 4 hours. The substrate must be sprayed evenly (no exposure of the substrate).

4 Dry spraying is more likely during hot season. Slow drying thinner is recommended to add till dry spraying wanes.
