Cautions

1 Coating: the coating process is better with spraying. When spraying, solvent about 20% of the painting is added. Real time viscosity is controlled by the working team. Dry film thickness should be controlled within 40-50μm.

2 The paint should be stirred evenly before use. Strictly follow the instruction on ratio, proper mixing, leaving 5-10 minutes before application. In order to avoid precipitation, keep stirring during all application process.

3 Attention: each batch after preparation shall be used up with 4 hours. Beyond this time frame, the viscosity gradually rises till becoming glue form. Therefore, the amount of each batch shall match the work task. The interval between two coatings should be at least 4 hours. The substrate must be sprayed evenly (no exposure of the substrate).
